Saudi Arabia corporate and employee transportation network

Corporate and Employee Transportation Across Saudi Arabia

Tell us where your employees need to travel, when they report and how many people need a seat. We can then discuss the route, schedule and suitable vehicle.

National scope

One confirmed base. Twelve markets to explore.

Triple A Fleet is based in Riyadh. Companies can use this hub to explore major Saudi business markets, then discuss pickup points, workplaces, shift times, passenger numbers and suitable vehicles.

Employee transportation

Plan around the working day.

A daily office route, a rotating shift and a project team do not run on the same timetable. Pickup points, reporting times and the number of employees travelling determine how the route is planned.

Typical buyers include HR departments, facilities management, procurement teams, operations managers, and site administrators.

Corporate transportation can cover office teams, site visits, project staff and recurring movement between company locations. Longer-term arrangements can be discussed when the route and timetable repeat.

Fleet suitability / Four formats

Choose around the passenger group.

Four vehicle formats can be discussed for corporate and employee transport. Passenger numbers, route length, access and schedule help determine which format is suitable.

In-house operation

Maintained in-house. Operationally accountable.

Triple A Fleet maintains its own vehicles in-house and remains accountable for operational coordination. An arrangement may use owned, leased, or rented/external vehicles operated by Triple A Fleet when that format suits the agreed requirement.

New work is considered against current operating commitments so that schedules and vehicle care remain manageable.
